The plan was to make carob/almond/psyllium husk bread rolls but the batter asked for a muffin bake. Not mad about it though.
🥖 vs 🧁

Recipe for 3 ‘bread roll’ muffins:

60g almond flour
40g carob flour
10g psyllium husk
4g baking powder
3g salt
2 eggs
12g olive oil
20ml water

→ preheat oven at 200degrees
→ mix & let rest for at least 5 mins
→ grease the muffin form with coconut oil
→ pour the batter and bake for about 20mins

I was hesitant because I don’t feel that photogenic at this time of my life. But Isabell convinced me to have the family shoot with her after all. And now I am so grateful!
Also, how could I forget @isabellnwedin ALWAYS creates magic 🪄

While 2025’s Bali Dream Retreat has been yet another wondrous transformative experience, I’m happy to share the 3 other retreats I’m offering in 2025 🥳
⊹
All 3 in northern Portugal - a lush vibrant region I fell in love with 😍
All nurturing your health on all levels while you be fully taken care of, making space for what had to wait for too long.
Yet all 3 have quite different vibes & themes:
→ a healthy workation for ZENtrepreneurs with @winside_out
→ a partner retreat with @fifi_schaefer
→ a res(e)t retreat with @margothallemans
⊹
All have limited spots (because small groups are cozier) and all have early bird desks.
Find more info on each through the link in my bio 👆🏼or just DM me and I’ll send you all the deets 🙌🏼
⊹
See you in northern Portugal ;)
